Your results may vary depending on a variety of factors unique to you, such as your age, health, and genetics. Customer Submissions represent the unique experience of the customers making the submissions and do not necessarily reflect the experience that you may have used Body Elite KNS products and services.

By submitting payment information to us, you represent and agree that: (i) you are fully authorized to use that card or account; (ii) all payment information provided is complete and accurate; (iii) you will be responsible for any payment card fees; and (iv) that sufficient funds exist to pay us the amount(s) due.

We and our third-party payment service providers may request, and we may receive, updated credit card information from your credit card issuer, such as updated card numbers and expiration date information when your credit card has expired. We will update your account information accordingly if such updated information is provided to us and our third-party payment service providers.  Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of providing vendors and third-party payment service providers with your updated credit card information. You should contact your credit card issuer if you wish to opt out of your credit card updating service.

We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill you directly and seek payment by another method, including a mailed statement.

Your electronic order confirmation, or any form of confirmation, does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or deny shipment to anyone for any reason. In the event we deny your order, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. You understand and agree that we will not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from our refusal to provide you with any product or service.  We reserve the right to require additional information before processing any order.

If you go to the Website to purchase a product, you may have the option of buying a product once or enrolling in our Subscribe & Save program. Suppose you enroll in the Subscribe & Save program. In that case, your subscription is automatically billed every 30, 60, or 90 days (depending on the option you selected on the website) to the payment card or an account you provided when you purchased the subscription and mailed to you until you cancel the subscription. We may use an account updater to automatically update your credit card information in the event it changes, in which case, your renewal will be billed to the updated account information. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so anytime. However, you must cancel your subscription twenty-four (24) hours before your next shipment goes out to avoid receiving your next scheduled order. To cancel your subscription, call Customer Support Mondays through Fridays between 9 AM and 5 PM ET at (910) 890-7819, email us at tc@bodyelitekns.com, or cancel your subscription by logging into your customer account.  You may log into your customer account or register a new customer.

From time to time, Body Elite KNS may offer free or discounted products as an incentive to make a purchase. Free or discounted products may be included in your initial order; however, these products will not accompany any subsequent subscription orders. Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that is beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the cardholder, even without a signature.

Body Elite KNS offers a Money-Back Guarantee on the return of certain purchases within three hundred and sixty-five (365) days from the date that you place your order (the billing date) for a full refund, less shipping costs, according to our Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy. If you claim a refund during the first three hundred and sixty-five (365) days and later decide that you want to repurchase another product, you will no longer be able to take advantage of this Money-Back Guarantee.  This restriction is necessary to avoid abuse of this policy. Body Elite KNS wants you to be beyond satisfied with your experience with us so we have made returning or exchanging products easy. If you are dissatisfied with our product, or if it arrives damaged, you may return or exchange the unused portion up to 365 days from placing your order (the billing date) for a full refund, less return shipping costs, according to the following terms.

To obtain a full refund or exchange, you must return any empty or unused portion of your order, your return must be approved, and the return must be received within 365 days of placing your order (the billing date).  

The following terms apply to all returned items:
•    To initiate a refund or exchange, email us at tc@bodyelitekns.com or call us by phone, Mondays through Fridays, between 9 AM and 5 PM ET at (910) 890-7819. Provide your order number and a description of why you want a refund or exchange.  If your request is approved, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and details for shipping.
•    Products must have been purchased directly through the Website.   
•    Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition, with all original tags and labels attached to the item and in the original packaging.
•    Sale items may not be returned or exchanged, and sales are final on any promotional items sold on the Website.
•    It's not a Limited Edition. Limited Editions cannot be refunded or exchanged.
•    Digital programs may not be returned for a refund or exchanged unless stated on the product’s sale page.
•    We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
•    Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or payment method charged when ordering the product.
•    Send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department can only accept packages with an RMA number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend sending all returned items using some delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
After the shipping department approves your return, processing your refund or exchange generally takes 5-10 business days or sooner. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 30 business days for this return to be posted to your account and for the refund to, depending on your financial institution.

Except where prohibited by law, in no event shall Body Elite KNS or any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, independent contractors, and/or agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, consequential, punitive, or any other damages, fees, costs or claims arising from or related to this agreement, the privacy policy, the products, or your or a third-party’s use or attempted use of the website or any product, regardless of whether Body Elite KNS has had notice of the possibility of such damages, fees, costs, or claims. This includes, without limitation, any loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, cost of procurement of substitute services or products, or any other indirect, special, incidental, punitive, consequential, or other damages. This applies regardless of the manner in which damages are allegedly caused and on any theory of liability, whether for breach of contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), warranty, or otherwise. If, notwithstanding the limitations of liability set forth above, body elite kns is found liable under any theory, Body Elite KNS liability and your exclusive remedy will be limited to usd 500.00. This limitation of liability shall apply for all claims, regardless of whether body elite kns was aware of or advised in advance of the possibility of damages or such claims.
